Low Histamine Friendly
Histamine intolerance (HITs) and Mast Cell Activation Syndrome (MCAS) can rock your life, but managing and healing histamine is possible with the right foods, supplements and lifestyle practices. We all react differently to foods so please use this as a guide on finding what is safe for you to eat. I use the Swiss Interest Group Histamine Intolerance (SIGHI) as my guide along with other resources. Only you know what works for you. I've made notes on how to adapt recipes at the end of each post and working to add more recipes.
