Start your morning a healthy glass of creamy green goodness. Blend and enjoy. If you are sensitive to almonds, try cashew milk, rice milk, or oat. See post for where to buy ingredients if you need help. For a higher fat smoothie, use ½ of an avocado (or if you have a small one). If you're iodine sensitive, skip the spirulina.

1largehandful baby spinach or arugula
¼ripe avocado
1teaspoonmatcha green tea powder
1teaspoonspirulina powder
Optional
Liquid flavored stevia drops of choicecoconut or vanilla are good
3-4ice cubes
Instructions
Place all ingredients in a blender and start at a low speed. Build up the speed and puree until smooth and creamy. If it gets too thick, add a little more almond milk or water.
