These yogurt parfaits are tantalizing for the eyes and healthy for breakfast or afternoon snack. Layer Greek yogurt, berries, granola and crunchy cocoa nibs for a taste of healthy dark chocolate. They taste more like dessert than breakfast. Build them in jars with lids to make them transportable.

45-ounceplain unsweetened Greek yogurt
Right before using, rinse berries gently in cold water and drain on paper towels. For strawberries, cut off the tops and quarter them.
Using 4 16 ounce canning jars, layer yogurt, berries, granola and cocoa nibs. If you are transporting them, use the lids to secure the parfaits.
If you like vanilla flavor in your yogurt, use ground vanilla beans or vanilla bean paste instead of extract so you don't taste the alcohol used in extracts.
