Instructions
Wash produce well, prepare as outlined in the manufacturers handbook and process the vegetables for juice. Drink within 15-20 minutes for the best nutrition and quality, depending on your juicers capabilities.
Notes
There are many vegetables and low sugar fruits that make delicious healthy juices. Try adding a ½ of a Granny Smith apple, use cilantro instead of parsley (it's a good detoxer), add a large carrot or a small beet. Try some green cabbage. Start experimenting! Lots of options.
