Detox Green Juice

This vibrant green juice is loaded with healing benefits as well as detoxifying capabilities. If you can't find dandelions greens use kale instead or all spinach.

Equipment

  • Electric juicer

Ingredients

  • 6-8 ribs celery
  • 3-4 leaves dandelion greens or more
  • ½ bunch cilantro or parsley
  • 3-4 Persian cucumbers or 1 English cucumber
  • 4 ounces baby spinach 4 big handfuls
  • 1" piece fresh raw unpeeled ginger
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 Granny Smith apple cored

Instructions

  • Wash produce well. Chop produce into the appropriate size for your juicer, then juice according to the manufacturers directions. Strain if desired.

Notes

If you can't get dandelion greens, swap spinach or kale.
