Ingredients

  • ¾ cup mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons harissa paste start with mild harissa
  • 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
  • 2 garlic cloves zested with a microplane
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice optional

Instructions

  • Add everything to a small bowl or good sized jar and stir well to combine. Store in a airtight container with a tight lid for up to 10 days in the refrigerator.

Notes

Tip: Homemade mayo makes this aioli extra rich and creamy. Start by hand, then switch to a blender and drizzle the oil in slowly. It takes about 20 minutes, but the flavor is worth it! Link below.
If you don't have smoked paprika, use regular paprika and a tiny bit of cumin.
