Mango Pineapple Smoothie

A tropical dreamy creamy smoothie with mango and pineapple, blend in a minute for breakfast or a post workout refuel. Make it the night ahead if desired and keep well refrigerated, shake well before enjoying.

Ingredients

  • 10 ounces unsweetened almond milk or milk of choice
  • ½ cup plain greek yogurt
  • ½ cup chopped mango fresh or frozen
  • ¼ cup pineapple fresh or frozen
  • ½ scoop protein powder plain or vanilla
  • ½ teaspoon turmeric powder optional
  • 1 lime juiced
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract or vanilla paste

Instructions

  • Add liquid to the blender first, then yogurt, then all other ingredients and blend on high until smooth and creamy. For a frostier smoothie add a few ice cubes.

Notes

Smoothie milk options:
Hemp seed milk, dairy milk, almond milk, cashew milks, and coconut milk really adds tropical flavor, all make this a delicious smoothie.
