Coleslaw Dressing (yield about 1 cup, makes extra)

  • ½ cup your favorite mayo I use Vegenaise no-soy
  • ¼ cup sour cream dairy or vegan
  • 1-2 tablespoons honey sub maple syrup, agave or keto honey
  • 1 tablespoon whole grain Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon prepared horseradish optional
  • 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper ground black or white

Instructions

Make the Coleslaw Dressing (Yield 1 cup/makes extra)

  • Place all ingredients in a bowl and whisk until blended or use a blender so it's smooth. Taste is and adjust for more salt, pepper, mustard, etc.
