Coleslaw Dressing (yield about 1 cup, makes extra)
- ½ cup your favorite mayo I use Vegenaise no-soy
- ¼ cup sour cream dairy or vegan
- 1-2 tablespoons honey sub maple syrup, agave or keto honey
- 1 tablespoon whole grain Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon prepared horseradish optional
- 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
- ¼ teaspoon sea salt
- ¼ teaspoon pepper ground black or white
Make the Coleslaw Dressing (Yield 1 cup/makes extra)
Place all ingredients in a bowl and whisk until blended or use a blender so it's smooth. Taste is and adjust for more salt, pepper, mustard, etc.
