Refreshing and hydrating, watermelon cucumber juice has natural sweetness that needs no added sugar or flavors. Mint is a nice addition too.

Ingredients

  • 1 mini watermelon about 5 pounds
  • 1 large English cucumber or 4 Persian cucumbers
  • 1 lime peeled

Instructions

  • Wash all produce well. Cut into pieces the size that your juicer brand recommends, and juice. For the watermelon, you can juice the flesh, or the flesh and some or all of the rind.
