    Vegetarian & Vegan

    Plant-based recipes with vegetables, grains, beans, dairy, and eggs, but no meat or seafood for vegetarians and vegans alike, with a few small changes.  Try this hearty high-protein lentil salad or these stuffed pasta shells with ricotta and spinach.
